An intimate and extremely private dining room, The Cellar is nestled deep within The Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa, Victoria and surrounded by over 12,500 bottles of the world's finest wines.
The Cellar is yours to enjoy by either a private tasting with one of our knowledgeable Sommeliers or for an exclusive dinner party for ten to twenty.
Friday Night Flights
Educate your palate with savoury wines from around the world. Overwhelm your senses each week with different selections and themes that will leave you wanting more. Friday evenings from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Flights of 4 wines. Each Friday a new region. Priced from $20.00 per person (tax & gratuity included).
Private Tasting
Enjoy a private tour with one of our Sommeliers as they introduce you to the world of fine wines. A private tasting will give you an exclusive introduction to new wines and some rare and unusual older vintages. Find a new favourite or simply choose a bottle to accompany your dinner in Panache. 10 person maximum.
Cellar Dinner
Private dinners can be catered in the exclusive dining room portion of The Cellar. Our award winning culinary team and Sommeliers will work with you to design the perfect meal and wine pairing for your most important occasions. 20 person maximum
Wine Reception
Spend an hour with friends as one of our knowledgeable Sommeliers explains the subtle differences of old and new world wines. Learn the fine art of wine pairing while delectable trays of hors d'oeuvres are passed to tease and please your taste buds. 30 person maximum.
