Class Descriptions - *(Denotes a user pay class)
Spin & Strength
Spinning is perfect for the beginner or advanced fitness participant. You control your workout by increasing or decreasing the tension dial on your bike, making you the leader of your ride. Give it a try and cycle your way into shape!
Fitness Fusion
This 50 minute workout varies daily providing participants with the perfect fusion of strength, endurance and flexibility.
Pilates Fusion
This one hour class focuses on elongating your muscles through Pilates based exercises. You can achieve a stronger core, leaner muscles and decreased body fat from this power-packed workout!
Hatha Flow Yoga
In this class, you will be led through a series of postures, linking breath with movement, resulting in a calm mind and rejuvenated body.
Boot Camp (user-pay class)
Do you need a kick in the butt to get fired up about fitness? If yes, buckle up for this motivating, exhilarating, dynamic 60-minute workout! Experience military style physical training that "gently urges" you with hardcore drills.
SportCore
This user-pay class is based on cross-fit principles and will challenge you in ways you didn't think possible!
Guts 'N Buts
The name says it all! 45-minutes of intense work focusing on those problem areas.
Body Sculpt
This 45 minute class focuses on sculpting all the muscles in your body. Spri tubing, body bar and bosu, will be used to challenge your muscles and give you that definition you are looking for!
Spin Interval
This class focuses on interval training. Be prepared for an awesome cardio vascular workout combined with sculpting in this multi-tasking class.
Aqua Fit
This 60-minute "cushioned" workout provides resistance for toning and defining muscles while improving cardiovascular benefit. If you're looking for a full body workout, complete with sun and fun, then aqua classes are for you!
55+ Workout
This 55+ workout consists of a warm-up, cardiovascular work, muscular strength and endurance, followed by a relaxation phase of stretching. This class provides the opportunity for camarderie with fellow fitness enthusiasts!
