DESCRIPTION:An Evening of Wine with Alberto Zenato\nJune 13th 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Cellar\n$65 Per Person\n  \nPlease join us for an evening of wine with our host\, one of the most influential winemakers from Veneto\, Italy Mr. Alberto Zenato as he showcases some of his most well-known wines including Prosecco\, Luguna\, Ripassa\, Amarone\, Amarone Reserva and more. The evening of wine will be paired with Italian inspired Canapés\, Cheeses and Appetizers. \nAlberto Zenato has always been immersed in the world of wine As a child he would follow his father Sergio up and down the rows of vines until his initial curiosity grew into a passion that has become his life’s work. Alberto has extensive knowledge of each phase of the wine producing process- from the vineyard to the bottle. Today\, he focuses his energies on managing the estate and developing a synergy between two remarkably different areas of the business. One is production\, which ranges from managing the cellar right through to the bottling stage. The other area is business strategy development for sales to overseas markets. Alberto aspires to pass on all his experience to his son\, just as his father did before him so that the family passion for wine will live on in future generations. \nThe Zenato winery possesses a strong link to the richness of its local history and culture and continues to develop this connection today. The estate is in the Veneta region surrounded by Lake Carda\, with an extraordinary microclimate that allows for an optimal growing season. Cherishing a ‘frank and simple’ approach to life\, Zenato is committed to producing affordable wines of exceptional quality.
