Golf Concierge – Available for paid Mountain Course tee times.

Mountain Course: On arrival at the resort, the Concierge will introduce himself and greet your group, take your clubs and have them brought down to the cart staging area where they will be ready for you on your cart. The Concierge will escort you to the Golf Shop and show you where the cart staging area is and Takeout Window and the Practice Facility/Driving Range. At the first tee, the Golf Concierge will review the daily conditions, the day’s rules and expected pace of play, the server’s name on the Beverage Cart and at the Comfort Station, as well as reviewing additional requirements of your group and anything else he can do to further improve your day. During your round, expect to see your Concierge every few holes – offering advice, advising on pace of play and topping up supplies. As your group prepares to tee off on our Signature Hole #14, your Concierge will take your group’s photo. As you return to the clubhouse after your round, your Concierge welcomes you back, cleans your clubs and offers to store them or bring them up to the front of the hotel. The Concierge will offer assistance in dining options available at the Resort or information on our other activities.

Yoga Concierge – Thursdays at 6:00 pm

Replenish, revive, balance and restore. Enjoy a yoga class accessible for all levels in a safe, supportive environment. Students are introduced to the basic poses (asana’s) in yoga and to the principles of proper alignment needed for a safe yoga practice. Held in the on-site recreation centre, complete with outdoor heated pool and hot tub, next to nature. Experience the health benefits of yoga in a 4 diamond resort setting.

Cycling Concierge – Thursdays at 10:00 am

Join us every Thursday at the Hub Cycling Center with our Concierge for a guided tour of the Bear Mountain Bike Park. The group will experience the scenic and hilly Valley Loop followed by a visit to the Dirt Jump Park. Westin guests enjoy one complimentary 2hr bike rental per room per day. Water and Towels will be provided. Additional rentals, supplies, and friendly advice are available through The HUB.

Hiking Concierge – Wednesdays at 9:00 am

Whether you are a beginner to intermediate hiker, we’ve got a trail for you! With our three uniquely designed trail options our hikers can experience, the summit to Mount Finlayson with 360 degree views of Victoria, Goldstream Park to view one of the tallest waterfalls on Vancouver Island or our rolling Valley Loop Trail that borders our prestigious Golf Course.

Join Run Concierge Shayne or Jeff for a scenic 5 kilometre trail run through Bear Mountain’s beautiful Valley Course. The Valley Course meanders through forest, borders lakes, and traverses creeks, while offering spectacular views of Vancouver Island’s beautiful landscape.
