Join Rebecca (CSEP CPT) this September for an 8 week weight loss and lifestyle challenge program. This program is suitable for any individual wanting to lose weight through healthy, holistic lifestyle changes. Participants will meet twice a week for a group workout, check in, and discussion (topics may include: the physiology behind weight gain, mental health & exercise, healthy recipes/meal plan ideas, effective goal setting, and behavior change tips & tricks)

Each participant will receive tools and support along the way to ensure they reach their goals, as well as 4 individual personal training sessions. Learn the most effective ways to burn fat, increase metabolism, and build lean body mass. Transform your life, meet new people, and reach your goals in a safe and supportive environment.

When: September 18th – November 8th
Monday: 6pm-7pm & Wednesday: 6pm-7pm

ABC’s of Yoga Workshop

Yoga ABC’s is an accessible introductory workshop where students will learn the basics of a modern yoga practice in a safe, supportive environment. Students are introduced to the basic poses (asanas) in yoga and to the principles of proper alignment needed for a safe yoga practice. After attending the workshop, students will be properly prepared and feel confident to walk into their first “beginner” or “all-levels” yoga class!

Who can Join? Both brand new students and for those returning to yoga who want a “refresher course” in the basics in order to deepen their practice.

When? Saturday, September 9th from 10:30-12:00pm

Cost? $25.00 per person
