Body Building 101

Are you looking to improve your physique, build muscle mass, or start preparing your beach bod for the summer months? Learn the fundamentals of bodybuilding and the science behind building muscle effectively and efficiently in Bodybuilding 101 – a 4 week workshop that covers proper lifting techniques, how to build an effective bodybuilding workout program, and the science behind intensity, duration, and frequency in relation to hypertrophy.

Lifestyle 180 Challange

Join Rebecca (CSEP CPT) this January for an 8 week weight loss and lifestyle challenge program. This program is suitable for any individual wanting to lose weight through healthy, holistic lifestyle changes. Participants will meet twice a week for a group workout, check in, and discussion (topics may include: the physiology behind weight gain, mental health & exercise, healthy recipes/meal plan ideas, effective goal setting, and behavior change tips & tricks)

Each participant will receive tools and support along the way to ensure they reach their goals, as well as 4 individual personal training sessions. Learn the most effective ways to burn fat, increase metabolism, and build lean body mass. Transform your life, meet new people, and reach your goals in a safe and supportive environment.

ABC’s of Yoga

Yoga ABC’s is an accessible introductory workshop where students will learn the basics of a modern yoga practice in a safe, supportive environment. Students are introduced to the basic poses (asanas) in yoga and to the principles of proper align-ment needed for a safe yoga practice. After attending the workshop, students will be properly prepared and feel confident to walk into their first “beginner” or “all-levels” yoga class!

Standard First Aid with CPR-C Course

Standard First Aid (SFA) is the most comprehensive first aid training program for the general public and is a prerequisite for the National Lifeguard program.

Standard First Aid trains rescuers in the skills and knowledge needed to assess and provide basic life support to patients with airway, breathing, or circulatory emergencies as well as how to manage medical, musculoskeletal and environmental emergencies.
