PISE: Mini Movers 

Description: This parent and tot program takes a playful approach to exploring fundamental movement skills. Enjoy leader-coordinated dancing, games and free play that will begin the pathway for your child’s physical literacy journey. Create positive physical activity experiences and get your child moving right from the start!

PISE: Play Fit
Description: Play Fit will introduce your child to both fundamental and functional movement skills. PISE’s Physical Literacy Leaders will build on the fundamental skills of balance, jumping and aerobic fitness with functional skills and movements such as

lunges and squats. Developing these skills through games, play and activity style obstacle courses is a great way to introduce your child to functional movements that will help prevent injuries and incorporate fun in to fitness.

PISE: Strength & Conditioning 55+
Description: Strength training at any age is important to general well-being and health. Strength and Conditioning 55+ is a strength program designed to overcome common aches and pains as well as maintain bone density, improve balance, boost energy levels, elevate cognitive functioning and enhance body composition. Learn the proper techniques essential to feeling comfortable in a gym setting and having the confidence in your body to maintain your healthy, active lifestyle!

  • Free Session: January 11
  • Day of Week: Wednesday’s
  • Time:  8:00am-9:00am
  • Cost: 8/$85.00 per person
  • Dates: January 18th-March 8th

Swimming Lessons!
Sonja Bidese our NCCP Swim Coach is excited to provide 1-on-1 and small group swim instructions for all ages!

No matter if you are a novice or experienced athlete, Sonja will coach you to see your swimming skills to new depths. She is an expert in her field with extensive knowledge and training in various areas. Sonja will support and motivate you to help achieve your goals.

She also coaches Triathletes of all levels and if your Goal is to complete your first Triathlon or improve your skills, let her positive and encouraging style of coaching guide you to swim with confidence.

Pool hours are determined by lifeguard availability. Restricted pool & hot tub hours do not apply to members.
