PISE: Strength & Conditioning 55+
Description: Strength training at any age is important to general well-being and health. Strength and Conditioning 55+ is a strength program designed to overcome common aches and pains as well as maintain bone density, improve balance, boost energy levels, elevate cognitive functioning and enhance body composition. Learn the proper techniques essential to feeling comfortable in a gym setting and having the confidence in your body to maintain your healthy, active lifestyle!

  • Time:  8:00am-9:00am
  • Cost: 8/$85.00 per person
  • Dates: March 22- April 26

Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 10:00pm
Saturday | 7:00am – 10:00pm
Sunday | 7:00am – 10:00pm

Public Pool – Drop in Hours
Monday – Friday | 6:00pm – 10:00pm
Weekend | 11:00am – 6:00pm

Pool hours are determined by lifeguard availability. Restricted pool & hot tub hours do not apply to members.

10 visit punch pass – $150

Langford Resident Rate
Adults – $15
